Sage Oil Vac Lube Carts
Clean up your shop with the addition of a Sage Oil Vac lube cart. Eliminate the need for centralized building lube systems that are expensive and have extensive upkeep. With four different lube cart series to choose from, it will be easy to find the perfect fit for your maintenance operation. Each model offers capabilities to evacuate used oils and complete full fluid exchanges. Tank quantities range from 20-120 gallons and are built with heavy duty casters for easy rolling on concrete. Filter and reuse maintenance fluids with a recycler cart or bring fresh maintenance fluids to equipment with delivery carts — there’s a lube cart for everyone.
The 3011-1200 recycler cart will stretch your dollar by reusing antifreeze that might otherwise get thrown away. Users can vacuum coolant from an engine in its clean, enclosed suction system, then put it back in the engine when they’re finished with machine maintenance.
The 3014-2100 exchange cart is the complete oil change cart. Hook compressed air to the cart and you are ready to vacuum oil from the engine or a fresh oil tank for filling the engine. This cart also features a used filter receptacle to dispose messy oil filters in.
Evacuation Lube Carts
Evacuation lube carts reduce the mess in your shop with Sage Oil Vac’s signature vacuum fluid exchange technology. These lube carts offer a great solution for draining used fluids with better logistics for disposal.
Delivery Lube Carts
The delivery lube cart series is very similar to the evacuation and recycler lube carts, but with the added ability to hold fresh maintenance fluids. This lube cart series uses Sage’s compressed air system to build vacuum pressure for clean exchanges. Fluids can be filtered and transferred from a drum or bulk tank into the cart and back into the equipment.
The 3011-1101 delivery cart works well in a workshop that frequently needs to distribute new oil to equipment. This model is simple to use and easy to maintain with Sage’s compressed air system. Users choose this cart for its clean exchanges and its added ability to hold fresh maintenance fluids.
